I don't teach football.I design situations where your childhas to figure it out.

For the parent

Your child works hard. So why does it feel like they're not progressing?

Development is not a race. The players who reach the top are often not the ones who looked best at 13.

An academy watches 25 players from a distance. I watch one — yours — up close.

Football stops being fun when it feels like a test. A child who enjoys the work keeps doing it long after the ones who were pushed have quit.

A mistake isn't failure — it's the most useful moment in the session.

How we work

One session. One focus. Real progress.

01 The plan of play

The Session

  • A 60-minute 1-to-1 session, structured around your child's needs.
  • 15 mintechnical warm-up
  • 15 minphysical and athletic aspect
  • 30 minthe focus goal (receiving, dribbling, shooting — whatever we're working on)

Challenges and drills are chosen for your child's level and age.

02 The long game

The Plan

  • After every 6-week block, the programme is reviewed and updated.
  • You get a short written note — not a report card, but a map of where we're heading.
03 At home

The Conversation

  • After a session, the most powerful thing you can do is ask one question:
  • "What felt hard today?" — then listen.
  • I'll tell you what I saw. You stay on their side.

How I coach

Three principles behind every session.

Make your child fall in love with getting better — not with winning.

01

Situations,
not drills

I design situations where your child has to solve a real football problem. Not fifty identical repetitions — fifty different challenges. That's how the brain builds adaptable players.

02

The long game

I measure success at 25, not at 14. The players who reach the top are often late developers — they learned to use their mind when they couldn't rely on their body.

03

The parent as an ally

You are the most important person in your child’s development. Not to coach — to be present and safe. Engagement, consistency and hard work will take them further than pressure.

About Piotr

Connected to football since childhood.Working in it every day.

I arrived in the UK in 2008 with football already in my system — sport was always part of how I was raised. I went into coaching to give young players something I had to find on my own.
